Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Item
Disassemble the product and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
